- Total no of visitors & Split by sources (V)
- Cost of traffic & by source (CV)
- TrafficBehavior:
- Avg Time spent per unique visitor & by source
- Avg page views & by source
- One and out %ages & by source
- Transactional:
- Total no of goals/sales/transactions in number and in value split by source(TS)
- Avg transactions per unique visitor (ATPU) separately by source too. Also known as Conversion Rates – can be drilled down from search engines to ads to keywords to geos to any other trackable element like time of visit.
- Avg transaction size in $ (ATS) separate by source when there are more than one source
- Overall ROI, Return on Investment and source wise break up.
Maintenance – Based on the 9 KPMs, we set goals of improvement. Typical goals will be for a period of one quarter. This period will be filled with Tweaking, Testing and Trouble shooting,
