As B2B Testers is about to complete 1 year Anniversary, to commerate the same, we thought of training our Employees on Confidence Building. On 10, 11,12th Of August 2022 a training program on Confidence and Capacity building programme facilitated by Cliff Marcus Dare and Bala Murali K. Both were Certified NLP trainers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Need of the Training <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Concept of “On the way to beat Bay Area Testers” is the sole objective of Corporate Training. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The Day I introduced the trainers ,I have got a glimmer of hope, These employees who come from Bellampally has got a right platform to spread their wings and fly.

Training days<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Day one training purely concentrated on breaking the shackles making them even by doing Four Corners and Ship Wreck, That\u2019s where all the employees understood where they are standing now and how far they still have to reach in Life. Day One made all employees to forget their Past and made them to plan for what is ahead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day Two\u2019s Main goal is Building a Solid Team and Making them understand how important a team was to accomplish daily objectives of Work. Trainers have done \u201cLost in an Island\u201d. They have trained on Importance of Doing Quality work. Third Day is the Ramp, surely made all employees to understand the calibre of all Employees by taking their confidence to Moon. Activities such as Glass walk, Fire ball revealed them they can move mountains<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have witnessed immense energy by all the employees.Though they struggle in speaking and Confidence,They have got great strength and a mighty attitude in their eyes.
We believe as a team they have a long journey and each and everyone of them has the ability to reach great heights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have trained these in building their confidence and mitigating their fears,would love to see them train on speaking skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A holistic and continuous program on developing their communication skills is the next best step for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
