That&#8217;s how Joy Festivity makes India feel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.valuepitch.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/diwali2-1-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-210\" width=\"651\" height=\"868\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.valuepitch.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/diwali2-1-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.valuepitch.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/diwali2-1-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/www.valuepitch.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/diwali2-1.jpg 864w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 651px) 100vw, 651px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>It was a tad different at ValuePitch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We celebrated with<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>The Rangoli Contest<\/li><li>The Diwali Picture Contest<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In Rangoli, the whole team split into teams, but in the Fitness Challenge, everyone competes solo. The team was pumped and ready to play.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>It was fun to see the different Rangoli designs. This year, we saw some very interesting Rangoli designs. Some of them were social media icons, some were peacocks and diyas, and some were QR codes. There was a berserk vibe going on. All participants wore Creative Hats, so there was a sense of color to the event. The Judge really fought hard to find out what was best.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rangolis with the most creativity were done by Samir selar and Seema Rathod, and Rangolis with the most beauty were done by Ankan and Priyanka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.valuepitch.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/diwali4-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-211\" width=\"556\" height=\"620\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.valuepitch.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/diwali4-1.jpg 588w, https:\/\/www.valuepitch.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/diwali4-1-269x300.jpg 269w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 556px) 100vw, 556px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Then there was the October Fitness Challenge, we threw it in with Diwali to make it healthier. There were many nominations, some of them were:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Usha Golipkar, hiked Ratangarh fort. At 4255 feet above sea level, it&#8217;s the oldest artificial catchment in Maharashtra, and the hike took seven hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For a month, Suraj Kumar did 40-45 pushups every day. The chest of this man must be the size of a whale. Aspiring to a healthier life, Amir Ali went to the gym Monday through Thursday, Tuesday through Friday to work on the back and the biceps, Wednesday through Saturday to work on the shoulders and the legs, and even did pushups, pull ups and chin ups. We&#8217;ve got lots of Diwali commitments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amir Ali won the Fitness Challenge, and Lady Usha was runner up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.valuepitch.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/diwali5-1-1024x484.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-212\" width=\"683\" height=\"323\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.valuepitch.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/diwali5-1-1024x484.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.valuepitch.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/diwali5-1-300x142.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.valuepitch.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/diwali5-1-768x363.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.valuepitch.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/diwali5-1-1536x727.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.valuepitch.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/diwali5-1.jpg 1600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 683px) 100vw, 683px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Next is the Grand Finale, which we love best.
